Modern Expo partnered with Royal Mail, the United Kingdom’s national postal service and one of the world’s most trusted delivery institutions, to support the launch of a nationwide parcel locker network. The initiative was designed to expand convenient Out-of-Home parcel delivery, meet ambitious rollout timelines, ensure exceptional user experience, and create a scalable infrastructure for long-term growth.

What we delivered

Within less than three months, the first parcel locker was installed at London’s iconic Mount Pleasant Mail Centre. The network rapidly expanded across the country, and Phase 1 has now been successfully completed, delivering 250 parcel locker locations and establishing the foundation for nationwide coverage.
