Currently, about 80% of all parcels ordered on Allegro’s marketplace reach customers within one to two days through Poland’s largest network of pick-up points, which includes more than 31,000 locations.
Online shopping led to the popularization of contactless delivery services. Therefore, Allegro is investing in its own logistics solutions, continuing the expansion of the parcel lockers network, which is the most effective last-mile delivery solution.
The first Allegro 's parcel lockers by Modern Expo have already been installed in Poznan and Warsaw, and soon they will be set up in Łódź, Toruń, and Wrocław.
By the end of the autumn, parcel lockers will be added to the delivery methods on the retailer's platform, so everybody can easily order delivery to one of the nearest lockers, saving their own time.
