What we delivered

Our partnership has expanded into a new chapter. Silpo is introducing energy-efficient Cooles Slim PRO refrigeration solutions by Modern Expo — marking a transition toward more sustainable and operationally efficient store environments.

The project addressed energy consumption, acoustic comfort, and installation constraints in locations where remote multidecks could not be deployed. Equipped with advanced energy-saving technology, Cooles Slim PRO refrigerated and freezer multidecks reduce electricity consumption by up to 75%, significantly lowering operating costs while supporting environmental responsibility.

Waitrose partnered with Modern Expo to significantly reduce refrigeration energy consumption while modernising store environments — without installing doors on display units. The project required a technically effective solution that could be implemented within a very tight timeframe.

Blyzenko, a fast-growing Ukrainian convenience grocery chain, set an ambitious expansion target: opening new stores every month in an increasingly competitive retail landscape. What began as 2–3 openings per month quickly accelerated to around eight, creating the need for flawless execution, standardised equipment, and a reliable supply partner.

As one of Romania’s fastest-growing hyper-discount chains and part of the German Schwarz Group ecosystem, La COCOS continued its rapid expansion while investing in efficient and future-ready store infrastructure — introducing CO₂-based refrigeration systems across three new locations.
